END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you”) and Usera/Wird

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s Usage Rules.

You may not:

  • Copy or redistribute the App

  • Modify or reverse engineer the App

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes

  • Resell or sublicense the App

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. Ownership

The App, including all content, design, features, functionality, and intellectual property, is owned by the Company.

You do not acquire ownership rights by using the App.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.

4. User-Generated Content

If you create:

  • Custom dhikr entries

  • Group names

  • Group descriptions

  • Other user content

You retain ownership of your content.

However, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content for the purpose of operating the App.

You agree not to post content that:

  • Is unlawful

  • Is abusive or harmful

  • Violates the rights of others

We may remove content that violates these rules.

5. Leaderboards and Competition

Leaderboard placements and group statistics are provided for informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted accuracy or availability of leaderboard data.

We may modify, reset, or adjust leaderboard systems at any time.

6. Notifications

By using the App, you consent to receive in-app and push notifications related to:

  • Group requests

  • Leaderboard updates

  • App functionality

You may manage notification preferences in your device settings.

7. Subscription Terms

If the App offers premium subscriptions:

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

Apple’s payment processing terms apply.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties regarding:

  • Accuracy

  • Reliability

  • Availability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Loss of data

  • Loss of profits

  • Emotional or spiritual expectations tied to usage

Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of this Agreement.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

12. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In).

We are not responsible for third-party services or their terms.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of CA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time.

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

15. Apple-Specific Terms

You acknowledge that:

  • This Agreement is between you and the Company, not Apple.

  • Apple is not responsible for the App.

  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.

  • Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement and may enforce it.
