1. Is Wird free to use?

Yes. Wird offers a free version with core features. You can upgrade to a premium subscription for additional features and insights.

2. What do I get with a premium subscription?

Premium subscriptions may include:

• Advanced stats and progress insights

• Group competitions and rankings

• Support for the app, including a sadaqa component on eligible plans

Available features may vary by subscription tier.

3. How much does the subscription cost?

Subscription pricing is shown in the app before purchase. Prices may vary by region and are managed through the App Store.

4. How does billing work?

All subscriptions are billed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period

• Apple handles all billing and payment processing

5. How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID account settings:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone

2. Tap your name → Subscriptions

3. Select Wird and tap Cancel Subscription

Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.

6. Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies. USERA does not issue refunds directly.

7. What happens if I cancel?

You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will return to the free version.

8. What is the sadaqa component?

Some premium plans include a sadaqa (charitable donation) component. A portion of subscription proceeds is allocated by USERA toward charitable causes.

This does not affect:

• Subscription pricing

• Auto-renewal

• Apple’s billing or refund policies

9. Can subscription prices change?

Yes. Subscription prices may change. If a price increase requires your consent, Apple will notify you before the change takes effect.
