USERA, Inc. (“USERA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Wird mobile application (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Wird.

By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

All purchases are processed by Apple. We do not have access to your credit card, banking details, or Apple ID credentials.

3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Sadaqa

Wird offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings

Sadaqa Component

Some subscription tiers include a sadaqa (charitable donation) component. USERA allocates a portion of subscription proceeds toward charitable causes at its discretion. This does not affect Apple’s billing, renewal, or refund policies.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.

4. Data Storage and Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect information.

Data is retained only as long as necessary for its intended purpose.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time.

5. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services such as:

Apple In-App Purchase
Analytics and crash reporting tools

These services operate under their own privacy policies. Apple processes all billing and subscription data under Apple’s Privacy Policy.

6. Children’s Privacy

Wird is not intended for children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

By downloading or using the Wird mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The App

Wird is a dhikr tracking and community app operated by USERA, Inc. The App offers free features and optional paid subscriptions.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Wird offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions.

Payments are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase
Charges are billed to your Apple ID account
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID settings

Refunds are handled solely by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.

4. Sadaqa (Donation Feature)

Some subscription plans include a sadaqa component. USERA allocates a portion of subscription proceeds toward charitable donations at its discretion. Donations are not guaranteed to be tax-deductible and do not modify Apple’s billing or renewal terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Harass or abuse other users
Misuse group or competition features
Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and branding are owned by USERA, Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy, or specific outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

USERA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
